Our client is a non profit organization who battle for a better mobility.
You work in close collaboration with the manager and the HR administrative manager.
You will be in charge of:
- Administrative management of staff entries, exits and changes: drafting of contracts and amendments, certificates, encodings, salary simulations.
You will be in charge of:
- Payroll management for around 80 workers
- Administrative management of staff entries, exits and changes: drafting of contracts and amendments, certificates, encodings, salary simulations.
- Management of specific absence requests: time credit, parental leave, educational leave, etc.
-
You support the reflections related to global human resources management policy for the "Hard HR" component - scales, regulations.
You have
- an experience in a "Payroll" or similar function of at least 3 years (social secretariat, Hard HR, HR administration)- very good knowledge of social legislation- very good writing and speaking skills
You will have the opportunity to work in a great and convivial environment.
