About Our Client

Our client, a prestigious company located in Zaventem, is looking for a Full time contract as Payroll Officer to complete their team.

Job Description

  • The core of your function is the calculation and payment of salaries for your client portfolio and the follow-up of social documents.
  • As soon as you start work, you will follow a comprehensive training programme that will enable you to deal with both social legislation and our payroll tools.
  • Every day you will be in contact with your clients, with whom you will establish a real collaboration.
  • You will also be in frequent contact with your colleagues in the social secretariat and in other departments.
  • In addition to calculating salaries, you also act as a sales representative when you see that certain products or services could help your client to optimise the management of its staff. You therefore support and advise him in his development.
  • As a Payroll Officer, this is a mission that is sometimes a little stressful because it is important, where you will be autonomous but never alone and in which you will be able to deploy your technical, relational and commercial talents.

The Successful Applicant

  • You have a bachelor’s degree.
  • You are familiar with the MS Office suite and payroll software packages.
  • You have a good knowledge of social legislation and payroll administration.
  • You have a strong affinity with figures and you respect deadlines.
  • You work very precisely and punctually.
  • You are human and customer oriented.
  • You communicate fluently and clearly in French and Dutch, both orally and in writing, with knowledge of English being an must.
