You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Business Services, working to support impeccable service operations.

How You Will Contribute

You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

More About This Role

The People Experience Advisor is responsible for the local execution of operational HR activities. The People Experience Advisor is the key point of contact and supports transactions in Workday and ServiceNow for employees where self service is not available. The PE Advisor supports implementation of both global and local projects or initiatives on site.

What you need to know about this position:
  • Provide HR operational services and administration, tailored to the needs and requirements of the site and in line with labor regulations and payroll/legal requirements;
  • Process and maintain the blue collar (worker) data and employee life cycle transactions in Workday and ServiceNow;
  • Manage the legally required signing of documents (contracts, contract amendments, mandatory onboarding materials, paperwork related to leavers) and its e-filing;
  • Responsible for blue collar recruitment including job posting, agency communication and onboarding;
  • Key point of contact for employees and managers with regard to HR related queries, self-service transactions, HR portal navigation, policy interpretation and process support requiring face-to-face interaction and hard copy documentation;
  • Empower and support the people managers to self-serving culture, provide materials, training and communication where needed;
  • Focus on employee experience and continuous improvement of end-to-end operational HR services, demonstrate a deep understanding of the local needs and requirements, work as part of the BNL squad, escalate business specific and functional queries to the People Experience Manager BNL and the relevant People Services team;
  • Participate in local projects such as Organization pillar (IL6S activities) and support the implementation of the site people agenda;
  • Support and rollout implementation (and on site communication) of global, MEU and WE projects and initiatives as engagement survey, growing here weeks, wellbeing, ...

Education / Certifications:

You have minimum a bachelor degree in HR or other relevant business area.

Job specific requirements:
  • you have min 3 years of experience in HR operations / administration, payroll background is a plus
  • experience and agility with HR systems, preferably Workday, ServiceNow and SAP
  • HR experience in production site is preferred, HR experience in international matrix organisation is a plus
  • Fluently Dutch and English written and spoken
