Are you the colleague we are looking for?
At Telenet, we are always on the move! As People Partner Leadership, you will be responsible for the design & development of leadership development programs tailored to different leadership levels. This role will keep our existing leadership programs up to date and will also lead the project management of new leadership development initiatives from concept through to embedding activities.
You work closely with HR, senior management, and other stakeholders to align leadership development initiatives with our organizational goals. You partner with internal and external experts or vendors to bring additional perspectives into our leadership programs. You enjoy facilitating workshops. You are eager to stay updated with the latest with the latest trends and best practices in leadership development.
You have experience in learning & development and/or talent management in large organizations. You are passionate about learning & development coupled with project management and change management! You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are the go-to person on all aspects of leadership development.
