We have a great opportunity for a Planning Analytics Lead to join our high performing organisation. We are flexible on location, for us its about finding the right person.

About The Role

This is a senior position, and you will be reporting directly to the Senior Director, Global Commercial Operations, based in the UK.

You will be a key interface between Commercial and Supply Chain in the markets you will be supporting across Europe and some overseas businesses. You will extend our SIOP (Sales, Inventory, Operations Planning) process to improve the understanding of demand trends and customer purchases through data gathering and analytics, will also build and maintain Commercial Dashboards linked to our Global datalake. Your work will be a key input into both understanding of customer purchasing dynamics and to our Demand Planning group process.

You will also be responsible for assessing and maintaining quality of distributor/wholesaler sell out data to validate performance, in concert with Commercial teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting analytics of hardware-consumables relationships to help the macro planning for the Supply team.

To help shape our organisation you will also lead workshops and be responsible for helping country planning processes interfacing with Demand Planners in each country responsible.

Required Skills

In order to be successful in this role, you will love data and be able to bring this alive to tell the story of what is happening in market to allow the business to operate efficiently and effectively. Your communication skills will be exceptional as you translate between the commercial arm of the business and the supply chain team. Expect regular interfaces with senior management in both our Supply Chain and Commercial teams.

To excel in this role, you will be a curious independent thinker who will challenge the way in which we operate and create improvements for the future. This role is an individual contributor role with no current direct reports; however, it will require a strong influencer to drive change.

Together With

• At least 5 years’ experience in a SIOP field, analytics, and/or relevant commercial roles
• Solid knowledge in analytical frameworks and facility to use various IT platforms
• Skills of project management and good cross-functional communication
• Good Data management and analysis skills
• Able to manage multi-tasking, deadline simultaneously and able to work under pressure
