The Service Coordinator occupies an important position in the execution of Service activities performed by the Robotics Service Engineers team in the BeNeLux. You will be coordinating and planning the provision of necessary resources, spare parts and logistics for on-site service jobs, ensuring that the process is seamless, from quotation to acceptance by the customer. Reporting to the Service Manager, during the execution of a service job you will act as the key point of contact for the customer, Field Service Engineers, our factories and external suppliers.

Your responsibilities
  • Acting a key point of contact (mail and telephone) for customers and service engineers
  • Planning Service Engineers’ maintenance interventions with our customers inclusive the logistics flow, ordering material (in SAP), follow-up and invoicing
  • Providing work description to engineers for the service execution and prepare job safety plans where needed according to ISO, VCA norms
  • Following-up all ongoing projects to ensure effective and efficient project delivery
  • Managing all required reporting and documentation and overseeing the timely registration of necessary data in the system
  • Reporting and taking required action towards our customers and sales team based on maintenance reporting
  • Identifying key improvement opportunities in products, services and processes, and disseminating the findings
Your background
  • Can-do mentality, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and
  • spoken communication skills
  • Proven organizing skills with an eye for details
  • Stress-resistant, remains calm at peak times and convincingly set the right priorities
  • Technical service related experience is a strong plus but not a must
  • Willing to develop both your planning skills and your technical affinity is key
  • Self-motivation, curiosity and a desire to learn about innovative technologies
  • Proficient in Dutch and French. English being an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills with a powerful customer focus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office. SAP is an asset
