You support our team as

Planning & Purchasing Officer (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • You are part of a team of 2 people responsible for Production planning
  • Your responsibilities include: Scheduling, strategic medium- and long-term Production Planning, daily monitoring of Production results, raw material consumption, end-of-month closing, and the entry and control of recipes in SAP (BOM)
  • You collaborate with the Production, Laboratory, Purchasing, Sales, and Maintenance departments
  • Versatility within the Logistics team: performing raw material supply tasks
  • You actively participate in continuous improvement while respecting QES standards
  • You analyze stock levels and the supply plan, ensuring the flow aligns with customer orders
  • You contribute to strengthening the efficiency of our industrial processes and work on joint projects with international teams to standardize tools and processes to meet customer requirements
  • You collaborate with the parent company to improve SAP processes and forecasts
  • You are responsible for updating SAP data (closing production lines, reorder points, forecasts, creating new products)
  • You monitor the following KPIs: Inventory, Customer delivery performance

Qualifications

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in logistics, or have achieved an equivalent level through at least 5 years’ experience
  • APICS certification is a plus
  • You are familiar with SAP Production Planning
  • You enjoy finding solutions and are customer-oriented
  • You enjoy working in a team
  • You are communicative, assertive, flexible, rigorous and stress-resistant.
  • You react immediately to unforeseen circumstances and attach great importance to deadlines and details
  • You are bilingual in French and English
