Main Responsabilities

To meet the needs of its time, John Cockerill Energy Solutions wants to improve its performance by upgrading its IT systems to the latest modern standards. In this context, the sector wishes to set up a PLM (Plant Lifecycle Management) solution allowing it to simplify the management of its technical data and to better meet the needs of its customers. To carry out this large-scale project, JC Energy Solutions is looking for a PLM Project Manager.

• The PLM Project Manager has the following responsibilities
• Initiate and carry out the PLM Project that John Cockerill Energy Solutions is launching together with the software vendor and the ICT Corporate Dept
• Ensure the coherence of the data model underlying the applicative landscape (CAD - PLM – ERP – SRM)
• Ensure the respect of time, quality and budget requirements while applying standard or AGILE project methodologies
• Ensure the relationship with the software vendor and other external stakeholders
• Ensure the good animation and coordination of all the internal stakeholders, including Business stakeholders, ICT stakeholders and top management
• Ensure the Business Analysis and the expression of the functional requirements of the Business
• Ensure the Change Management activities by involving, training and communicating a lot to the teams
  

Profile

• Professional experience of at least 5 years in a similar position
• Education in Computer Science with a deep knowledge of the Industrial sector
• knowledge and experience of the challenges related to Plant Lifecyle Management (PLM)
• Or Education in Business Science with a good knowledge of the Industrial Information System (especially in the Oil & Gas economy)
• Fluent in English and French
• Certification in AGILE is a Plus
• Certification in Change Management is a Plus
• Certification in Business Analysis is a Plus
