  • key responsibilities

    The PMO will lead the following:

    • Weekly/Monthly organization and follow-up meetings
    • Project Execution and Governance
    • Project Documentation and Archives
    • Process Improvement and Standards Development
    • Organization of workshops

    Primary Tasks & Responsibilities


    • Support efficient execution of the technical projects in accordance with the agreed project plan and for delivering the committed project target
    • Set up project tracking tools, templates and standards
    • Organize and lead project meetings and workshops
    • Track project activity and deliverables completion against baselines
    • Identify planning risks and issues; propose re-prioritization, remediation or escalation
    • Prepare and execute project communication plan, create materials, steering presentations, etc.
    • Provide administrative support to Delivery Team
    • Coordinate activities between multiple stakeholders, ensure stakeholder alignment
    • Improve and adjust ways of working depending on project stage and team feedback
    • Follow up on project documentation
  • qualifications

    Required Experience & Knowledge

    • Working experience in project management with associated tools
    • Experience with delivery of IT projects
    • Preferably experience in Pharmaceutical industry and/or Supply Chain
    • Understanding of Change management
    • PM certification (PMI, PRINCE2)
    • Good digital capabilities
    • Successful matrix organization management and stakeholder engagement

    Soft Skills:

    • Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a commitment to deliver on time & quality result required
    • Stakeholders management skills
    • Pragmatic, Problem solving and Analytical skills
    • Can-do spirit
    • Pro-active and capable to work with limited supervision

    Education, Methodology & Certification Requirements

    • University degree (Masters or Bachelor - Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business administration or IT
    • 5+ years of working experience in complex business environment (regulated industry is a plus)
    • ICT Skills (software, operating systems, hardware, etc.): SAP, JIRA, Microsoft Office, Visio

    Language Proficiency Requirements

    • Fluent in English and French
