Portfolio & Activation manager VET Benelux

As a portfolio manager you are responsible for all activities related to the preparation, implementation and evaluation of a specific plan of action, including communication/ activation, product promotion, innovation or revamps and other projects to achieve business goals within the veterinarian channel. In this role you work closely with different people within the Pet professional marketing team, and other stakeholders throughout the organisation, such as Supply chain, finance, Corporate affairs and brand.

What candidate are we looking for?

• Bachelor degree minimum (commercial, communication, marketing or anything related)
• Over 2 years professional experience in marketing
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Advanced user of MS office.
• Fluency in English, Dutch and prefferably French

What will be your main responsibilities?

• Managing the portfolio P&L (e.g., budgeting, expenditures, growth rates, MAC, ROI etc.)
• Product lifecycle management (innovations, delistings and revamps)
• Product activations and campaigns to drive recruitment, conversion and retention
• Conduct indept analysis on portfolio performance
• Liase with global and regional teams to align on portfolio activation strategies
• Functional coaching of the marketing supports
• Monitor adherence to marketing budgets and manage accountable budget effectively.
