What we expect.

As a Presales Consultant you will support the sales activities as follows:

  • Working on Requests For Quotations with the Sales Teams

  • Giving functional help on advanced Pre Sales demonstrations

  • Leading Return on Investment analysis: analysing complex customer’s flows and designing impactful solutions in Odoo, as well as providing a budget and phasing for the implementation.

You’ll start your Odoo journey in the Quick Start Team for several months by working on various SME’s projects at the same time. Once you’ll master the product and our methodology, you’ll progressively switch as a Presales Consultant. You will always manage some SME’s implementation projects in addition to your presales activities, which will enable you to maintain a foot on the field and design the most realistic and qualitative solutions in your presales projects.

We want our Presales Analysts to be able to implement Odoo from A to Z in any company, sector and business area. To achieve it, bringing people having a few years of experience on the field is necessary as well as an important plus for your application.

Accounting & Finance

As already experienced in this domain, you have been actively involved in all kinds of accounting activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank & cash reconciliations, general ledger, VAT transactions, consolidation, controlling and annual closing transactions.

Supply Chain Management

As already experienced in this domain, you have been actively involved in supply chain activities such as demand planning, procurement, warehousing or transportation management.

Manufacturing

As already experienced in this domain, you have been actively involved in manufacturing activities such as production planning, product lifecycle management, quality control or maintenance.

eCommerce

As already experienced in this domain, you have been actively involved in website related projects (website design, ecommerce management or SEO). A basic understanding of front-end development languages (HTML/CSS) is a plus.

Human Resources

As already experienced in this domain, you understand the challenges of the HR department and you are familiar with everything related to payroll, recruitment, employee contracts and time off management.

Marketing

As already experienced in this domain, you have been actively involved in all kinds of marketing activities like emailing, strategic planning, content creation, campaign optimization and trend watching.

Responsibilities
  • Presales Activities (50%)
  • Work hand in hand with the sales on RFQ’s and provide the most qualitative possible answers
  • Analyse the customer’s needs and suggest the most impactful possible solutions through ROI analysis before the implementation project
  • Gain the trust of your customers and being able to convince him on the designed solutions
  • Design the implementation plan and budget and make sure it is realistic
  • Project Implementation (30%)
  • Analyse the customer needs and suggest solutions
  • Implement the agreed solutions (configuration & development)
  • Make your customer/partner an Odoo Champion (training)
  • Follow the project and communicate about its status and the ongoing tasks
  • Organise and follow up Odoo implementations
  • Internal improvement (20%)
  • Feedback to the Product Owners and for department improvement
  • Coaching & Training
Must Have
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Pre Sales of IT project. As already experienced in this domain, you have been actively involved in supporting the sales in selling the project, analysing the feasibility, define the project’s scope, planning, and budget
  • Fluent in English & French
  • Strong Business knowledge & Analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Autonomous, Assertive & Proactive
  • Challenge-driven and resistant to pressure
  • Affinity with the IT world
  • Valid work permit for Belgium
Nice to Have
  • Experienced in management software implementation

  • Technical knowledge (XML, Python, JS)
