Everzinc is a global producer of specialty zinc-based chemicals covering four product lines: fine zinc powders, zinc oxide, battery zinc powders and Zano, an ultra-fine zinc oxide. Out of its various plants (Belgium, the Netherlands, Norway, Canada, China and Malaysia), and with the expertise and engagement of its 600 employees, Everzinc processes over 200,000 tons of materials for a variety of applications including corrosion inhibiting paints, performance tires, pharmaceuticals, ceramics and glass, sunscreen, alkaline batteries etc. For our plant in Angleur, we are looking for a Process Manager who will be in charge of studying & improving new or existing processes in line with production objectives.
  • Follow-up of production activities, analyze malfunctions at the different stages of the production process, propose improvements
  • Study of improvement projects (f.i. to decrease losses or energy consumption, to increase productivity & products quality, to minimize industrial risks...) with the involved teams. Estimate their cost in support of the project manager.
  • Develop users training programs about implemented modifications & new working procedures
  • Actively promote safety in all aspects of operations to ensure 0 accident and respect of all legal requirements
  • Be a privileged relay of the Production Manager, ensure the day-to-day internal communication
  • Follow-up of new technologies & innovation, supervision of industrial tests on site & process development
  • Setup & day-to-day follow-up of industrial KPIs (dashboards, reports, graphs...)
  • You hold minimum a master’s degree with a technical orientation.
  • You are a team player, open minded, pragmatic
  • You have a strong analytical mind & good communication skills
  • You have an excellent command of French en English.
