The role of Product Manager Automation Solutions is a unique opportunity to

Create the vision and shape the future of Switch, including the Enfocus AppStore and all workflow solutions, creating a community and everything you can expect from a modern and open automation platform.

Your responsibilities as a Product Manager at Enfocus, include:
  • Listen to and collaborate with our customers and channel partners to gain a deep understanding of their business needs.
  • Translate these business needs into impactful, innovative, easy to use solutions ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
  • Create a compelling product vision, evangelizing your product externally to a global audience.
  • Work with sales and marketing on the messaging, positioning, competitive differentiation to ensure world class product launches.
  • Closely follow the competitive landscape and act upon disruptive changes.
We are looking for a professional who is:
  • Motivated and Driven – to focus and direct their energy and efforts towards achieving success
  • Good knowledge of software business models and understanding of trends in cloud technology development and in cloud business models
  • Proactive and strategic thinker who first understands business and customer needs and is then keen to test new ideas and industry-leading practices to ensure a top customer experience from the software products
  • Team Player – relationship savvy people who intentionally make connections with both internal partners and external contacts.
  • Customer-Oriented Achiever - create commitment and trust through strong work ethics and
  • Customer-focused attitude
Your Education and/or Background Experience will include:
  • Master’s degree or equivalent by experience
  • Extended knowledge of the graphic arts and printing industry
  • Keen interest in new technologies, automation, API, cloud and SaaS solutions
  • History of customer facing roles
  • Fluent in English, other languages are a bonus
