PRODUCT MANAGER

Storm3 is working with a well established Belgian HealthTech company who provides user friendly software solutions to GPs, Specialists, Dentists, Pharmacists, Nurses, Midwifes and Physiotherapists!

They are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join their fast growing team and overlook their Pharmacy Product!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a clear vision of the evolution of the pharmacist sector and their evolution of their (hidden) needs for the future
  • Think through win/win potential partnerships with other software and solution providers
  • Make choices in the necessary product developments
  • Maintaining strategic contacts inside and outside the company.
  • You manage a team of 9 people consisting of product owners, functional analysts and product leads and you ensure smooth communication between these parties.

Requirements:

  • Solid Experience in Product Management and in the development of innovative software
  • You are an expert in Agile software development with proven track record in bringing software to the market
  • You are a people manager
  • You have strong analytical skills
  • “Less is more” is your motto when it comes to software development and you ask critical questions to both users and employees.
  • You are wellorganized, stress resistant and you work independently.
  • You are fluent in French or Dutch,and have a good understanding of the other language
