Function

Global position with a focus on markets and innovation

You grasp the full potential of the products. You drive the development and execution of short- and long-term product management initiatives for all of the agricultural and horticultural product lines.
You successfully create, communicate and implement market-based product strategies.
You analyze market trends and competitor strategies, and you evaluate the product portfolio to ensure that it meets current and emerging customer trends.
You research new market opportunities to continue the innnovative growth of the company.
You directly manage the marketing team (UK based), defining their KPI’s and co-ordinating all marketing activities.
You build and maintain effective and constructive working relationships with other departments. You work in close collaboration with the global agri-team (USA), providing training, advice and support.

Profile

An international mindset and/or experience in a multinational.
A higher degree in economics, marketing and/or a technical field.
Experience in product/category management: You can identify, define, address and cultivate market and product opportunities.
Well-developed analytical skills: experience in product line analysis as well as market research, marketing strategy and new product development.
Project management skills that show your excellent communication and organizational skills.
As a manager you are competent in organizing, coordinating and motivating cross-functional teams.
