Our multinational automation company specializes in creating innovative mobile robotics systems, and we are looking for a talented and passionate Requirement Analyst to join our team in Belgium or the US. In this role, you will have the opportunity to focus on our fleet management domain, which includes traffic management, project designer tooling, customer portal, and logistics management software.What we offer:

Tasks and Qualifications:
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements for fleet management systems and applications to ensure that systems and applications meet business needs and product vision
  • Translate functional requirements in epics and user stories that can be implemented by development team
  • Collaborate with other members of the product teams to ensure that the user stories are correctly implemented to meet functional requirements
  • Adhere to the scaled agile way of working in the product team
  • Take – together with the other team members - ownership to the team deliverable and pro-actively support other team members in delivering the committed backlog
  • You follow the evolutions in requirements management and apply then in a pragmatic way
  • Participate in user review sessions
  • Contribute to the product roadmap definition
  • Use existing tools (e.g. Azure DevOps) for managing epics and user stories

  • You have 5+ years of experience as a Requirement Analyst or a similar role
  • You have experience with event storming, customer journey mapping
  • Your experience with IT trends and with robotics systems is a plus
  • Your experience in the intralogistics industry, warehouse automation or material handling is a plus
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies is a plus
  • You can work autonomously and with cross-functional teams
  • You are pro-active, take initiative within the team
  • You are eager to learn and challenge the status-quo
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • You have professional proficiency in English
