工作内容

Your goal is to make sure goods and services are produced efficiently and that the correct amount is produced at the right cost and level of quality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the production line and plan the necessary resources to the activity taking in account quality, security and cost
  • Validate the production planning, identify budgets and investments necessary in line with the production
  • Communicate and report on regular basis towards the teams and management, lead the daily SQCDP meetings
  • Assure the follow-up of the procedures and act upon it
  • People Manager of team leaders, manages in total 10-60 people (directly and indirectly)

Profile

  • Technical Bachelor/Master
  • > 5 years of experience within a production environment
  • Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team Player
  • People management
  • Being able to set priorities in a changing work environment
  • Being able to work with internal and external customers
  • Willingness to listen and assertiveness
  • Very good Dutch and English
  • Good knowledge of MS/Office and SAP
