An international company active in the food sector and based in Namur is currently looking for an Production Manager who will be steering the operations on site.

In this new position as Production Manager, you will be reporting to the Head of Production.

Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Overseeing the manufacturing operations giving attention to safety and quality
  • Managing costs and production planning, in collaboration with other departments such as supply chain
  • Implementing optimization strategies to improve the production processes.
  • Managing the upstream and downstream process.

About You

  • You have a master’s degree (mandatory)
  • You have a previous experience in the food sector
  • You have a previous experience in managing a team
  • You are fluent in French and English.
