Production Supervisor (Night Shift)

As Production Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for Transversal production operations during night shift within the MPU (Manufacturing Production Unit) New HAV.

This is a full-time, permanent role (CDI) based in Wavre, Belgium

Work Timetable :

From Sunday night to Friday morning(10 PM at 6 AM)

Job purpose :

You a responsible for Transversal production operations during night shift. You manage an experienced team of around 6 workers and 5 technicians.

Your responsibilities:

In this role you ensure:

• Manufacturing plan is followed and delivered with a safety and quality culture focus
• Transversal management of manufacturing activities, logistic and process, during night shift (Culture cell and viral, purification, logistic...)
• Management of manufacturing events (deviation, CAPA, etc.) and provide support to the teams
• Adequate communication between the different shifts
• Management and development of a team of Blue and White collars

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Master’s degree level with Scientific orientation
• Proven successful experience in People Management
• Must be fluent in French with a good command of English
• Effective communication
• Plan & organize
• Set direction, inspire, engage and develop.

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics it would be a plus:

• One year of experience in a similar role
• Autonomous and accountable
• Rigorous and disciplined
