Role: Productivity & PCP Manager Industry: Food & Beverages
Type: Permanent
Location: Ghent Area, Belgium


My client is currently searching for an entrepreneurial Productivity & PCP Manager for their company in the Ghent area, they specialise within the Food & Beverage industry. This productivity & PCP manager needs to be entrepreneurial, energetic, and be willing to manage various projects. You will be tasked with analysing, organising, and managing the packaging process.


They are looking for an Productivity & PCP Manager who can; oversee productivity injecting life into the packaging department, building strategy for new products, and focus on making processes more sustainable. You’ll be working with the project director to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.

Essential Skills:

  • Dynamic production experience
  • Packaging specialism and/or Packaging Design background
  • Project Engineer/ Manager experience
  • Someone with excellent stakeholder management, multitasking and analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree minimum or equivalent qualification in engineering
  • Entrepreneurial
  • Sociable
  • 5+ years experience
  • English fluency

Desired Skills:

  • Dutch fluency
  • Forecasting
  • Sustainability/ environmental experience
