As a Project Administrator you are responsible for order processing and fulfilment, planning and communication with the customers, and the plannings department, our factories, deployment resources and internal sales and financial departments.
On handover of a project from Sales BU, you will check if all info isf available to register the order in AX draft, confirm order receipt to the customer, create the sales order in AX, gather all necessary order documents, follow up on approvals and hand off the order to the planning department. Even after hand-off, you follow up on down paymenmts, purchase orders and handle any change requests coming from the customer. You make sure revenue is taken in line with the company rules and invoices are sent to the customers. present and agree on a project delivery plan with the customer.
Your Key focus will be on customer satisfaction, delivery of projects on timetimely processing of orders, transparent communication with the customer and any other stakeholder and accurate handovers to the planning department as well as on budget.
On completion of a project, you will facilitate a smooth transition of the customer from Deployment into After Care.

you have a bachelor degree or relevant experience.
you are proficient in english and french/italian/spanish/german. also a basic knowledge of dutch.
having experience with sales forceax is considered as a plus
