Administrative support for one of Itineris’ Business Units.

The role is based in our headquarters in Sint-Denijs-Westrem, Belgium

As our PMO, you...

  • provide administrative supportfor Project, Service Delivery and Business Unit Managers by following upfinancial and project management processes in order to contribute to the optimal delivery of projects and ’support projects’
  • support and follow up on invoicing and expenses on projects and support projects
  • control on timely and qualitative delivery oftime registration
  • ensure regular updates of sales pipeline (budget register)
  • provide reporting
  • ensure data quality in the tools
  • do the administrative follow up of change requests / project orders
  • initiate process improvements

Our ideal candidate...

  • has at least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • is experienced with planning and reporting tools
  • has affinity withproject methodology and program management in an IT consultancy environment (is a plus!)
  • has good knowledge of and experience with MS Office, particularly with Excel
  • has strong analytical skills
  • is accurate and confident in dealing with numbers
  • is fluent in English and Dutch
