Are you looking for a challenging job were you manage diverse projects related to industrial and commercial premises? Puratos is looking for an experienced Project Manager Constructionwith a passion for building, renovating and maintaining the assets located at our headquarters near Brussels.


Key Accountabilities

  • You will oversee delivery of new projects in a timely and budget-conscious manner at HQ in Groot-Bijgaarden, while adhering to our real estate standards including technical and sustainability aspects.
  • You’ll manage new constructions and renovations of the assets by advising, validating, supervising, and follow up of the projects.
  • You advise on adequate maintenance of the buildings to ensure their long term value.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have a Bachelor in Construction with minimum 8 years of experience in the field.
  • You are an excellent project manager and your expertise lies in managing the building and maintaining of industrial/commercial premises while ensuring cost control, budgeting, and reporting.
  • You possess a keen sensitivity towards the environmental aspects and sustainable development in construction.
  • You are a reliable individual with a drive for achievement and problem-solving.
  • You are a team player with excellent organizing and planning skills.
  • Your IT skills (eg. MS Office) further enhance your ability to streamline construction processes.
  • You are fluent in English, knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus.
