Are are looking for a Project Manager for one of our clients active in the building sector. You are accountable for managing the scope, schedule and budget of major installation projects.

Mission

  • You plan, direct and coordinate the project activities to ensure that project objectives are accomplished within the agreed schedule and budget, using approved methodologies and tools for major installation projects
  • You are accountable for proactively managing customer communication throughout the project
  • You are responsible for operational and financial project risk identification, mitigation, contingency planning and potential recovery actions
  • You are responsible for actively driving the Sales-to-Operations handover, accountable for handovers to Customer and Field supervisors as well as project closing activities
  • You create and maintain safety and security awareness amongst employees and subcontractors in the project.

Profile

  • You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or another relevant field
  • You have at leat 3 years experience in Project Management in the construction industry
  • You have a strong customer orientation and you are able to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • You have excellent communication and organization skills
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
