For our customer Sibelga, we are seeking a project manager for a digitalization project.
Start Date: January 15, 2024
Contract Duration:220 days until January 2025
Languages: Dutch/French + English
Onsite Commitment:3 days
Within the ITBT department, the Integration team’s objective is to develop and support processes and applications for interfacing between all internal and external integrations, as well as to digitize our technicians by replacing all their paper forms.
For the replatforming of our current digital solution with a future-proof one, we are in search of an experienced Project Manager with expertise in a DNB (Digital Native Business).
Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, you will ensure the following responsibilities:
- Identify all project stakeholders and secure their agreement on their contribution (roles and responsibilities) in the project.
- Define the project scope, approach, deadlines, costs, and benefits by developing a detailed project plan and Business Case, in accordance with the prevailing governance.
- Determine the human and technical resources necessary for delivering all project deliverables and ensure their availability through internal reservation processes.
- Coordinate the delivery of all deliverables according to the project plan, especially adhering to the schedule, budget, and allocated resources.
- Proactively manage interactions and dependencies with other Sibelga projects.
- Allocate project team activities and monitor their progress.
- Establish an Agile project organization to implement a dynamic delivery and validation process. Monitor the project on a daily basis in this Agile mode. Instill this Agile culture in the team members to adapt their way of working accordingly.
- Control and track the progress of team activities, guiding and ensuring their proper execution.
- Manage project-associated risks and problems, identifying corrective actions to mitigate their impacts.
- Manage changes during the project’s course.
- Regularly communicate with different project stakeholders, respecting the communication plan defined in the project plan and project portfolio management processes.
- Ensure the correct and controlled production release of new functionalities by guaranteeing the availability of existing services and coherence with the new services.
- Transfer project knowledge to ensure continuity in ’business as usual’ mode for all affected parties.
- Coach allocated human resources on the project to ensure optimal collaboration and a pleasant working atmosphere.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Sibelga’s methods, processes, and tools related to project management by leading initiatives in this direction.
Required Technical Skills:
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in managing complex projects.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Agile project management.
- Experience in Business Case development.
Experience in one or more of the following functional domains is a plus:
- Activity planning and optimization.
- Integration.
Experience in one or more of the following technologies is a plus:
- SAP modules.
- Salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning.
- Mobile apps.
