PROJECT MANAGER - Task

As Project Manager, you have an extremely good overview of the various projects at all times and adjust where necessary. This makes you a true pivotal figure within the company, allowing you to maintain control at all times.
You will be very actively involved in the preparation of the projects, and will communicate in time with the calculation department.
You are a real genius in financial matters, so figures certainly do not scare you.
A people manager who knows how to manage and motivate people. As a leader within this company, you are the contact person for other members of your team. Together, you strive for success and complete each project with flying colours.
Prospecting of land and existing buildings, yield calculations and cost price calculations
Follow-up of permit process and tenders
