Project Procurement Executive

工作内容

• You are familiar with all NPI-projects (New Product Introduction) assigned to you (technical content; roadmaps; volumes; costs; schedules; pending issues; etc.).
• You are accountable for the collaboration between Global Procurement and the NPI Managers and the NPI-Project Team, and you ensure roles and responsibilities are adhered to and Global Procurement processes are respected. You are the escalation point in case of conflict.
• You are involved in NPI-projects at the earliest stage. You actively participate in NPI-forums where you accurately and timely capture and share all relevant project information and where you are part of the decision making process.
• You are the project lead for the Global Procurement Deliverables in a NPI project
• You facilitate early involvement of Commodity Procurement Executives.
• You are accountable for the sourcing of NPI-projects within the agreed scope, procurement cost, supply risk and flexibility targets, and respecting the overall project schedule. You flag observed project risks and you anticipate on sourcing related risks (cost, supply risk, supply flexibility and schedule adherence) due to project changes.
• You make sure all data is available from R&D to adequately tender the market and that this data is distributed to all involved Commodity Procurement Executives, respecting the commodity strategy. You consolidate supplier proposals through the Commodity Procurement Executives and you submit consolidated supplier comparison and sourcing recommendation reports to the project team, assisted by the Commodity Procurement Executive.
• You collaborate with the NPI-Logistic Buyers to ensure timely master data upload and on time delivery of parts for proto builds.
• You contribute to the financial result of the company by delivering projects within the foreseen procurement cost.
• You gather data and assist with compiling a result oriented and transparent reporting.
• You make suggestions to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, quality and flexibility of procedures, instructions, systems, tools and templates.
  
  

• You obtained a Master degree
• You have an experience or training in Supply Chain
• You have an excellent mastery of theory and best practises in project management
• You have user knowledge of purchasing related procedures and instructions
• You have strong IT Skills: ERP (SAP) and Microsoft Office, Project and Visio
• You are fluent in Dutch and English
• You have strong negotiating and influencing skills. You are assertive and result driven. You are an excellent communicator, able to build and maintaing relations.
