Our partner is looking for a QA GMDP Specialist to join its team. This international company is well-known for its pharmaceuticals.

What are your responsibilities?

As a QA GMDP Specialist, you will act as the quality assurance representative for the global distribution and logistics (GDL) activities (all activities related to shipments of our client products worldwide according to Good Distribution Practices). To be successful on your role, here are your main tasks:

- Provide quality support to distribution and logistics team when required:
• Review/approve qualification of shipping solutions
• Write and maintain the carrier quality agreement
• Write and maintain global 3PL quality agreement
• Improve collection of KPIs for carriers and 3PLs
• Provide coaching
- Ensure Good Distribution Practices and related Quality System is successfully maintained (review SOPs when required)
- Support the transport deviations and the improvement of the transport/3PL deviations process within the organization as well as review and follow-up of change controls linked to GDP
- Perform routine review of related SOPs (including authoring, review, and/or approval of controlled documents)
- Ensure implementation of Good Distribution Practices when required

Who are you?

You hold a bachelor or a master’s degree. You have a relevant experience in a similar QA role. You are familiar with pharmaceutical regulations, particularly in GMDP environment. You have a good knowledge of distribution and logistic. You speak fluently French and English. The knowledge of SAP and Data Management is an asset. You are able to manage conflicting priorities, to be agile and to work under pressure.
