Tasks:

  • Requirements gathering and modelling of current QC environment (Samples, equipment and non-sampling related tasks)
  • Testing of SmartQC functionality
  • Training end users in SmartQC
  • Assisting with onsite hypercare of SmartQC releases.

Profile:

  • Experience within SmartQC is a major plus
  • Experience QC environment
  • Experience of requirements capture / business modelling in a QC environment
  • Experience LIMS system is a big plus
  • Knowledge Dutch and English
  • On site for +/- 3 days/week
