The QC Supervisor virology is responsoble for the day-to-day supervision of virology quality control laboratory technicians in a multiple products environment.

Key Repsonsibilities
  • You motivate and encourage teams of technicians to achieve maximum productivity with good management of priorities
  • You provide technical support to direct reports
  • Organization and monitoring of performance progress efficiency of the team through performance indicators releated to Quality, Cost, Productivity, Security for example
  • You ensure compliance of the operations with GMP and Authorities requirements in collaboration with QA
  • You apply GSK processes and Pharmacopeia requirements
  • You manage EHS aspects
  • You anticipate potential improvements, Implementation of correctives and preventives actions
  • Deviations management
  • Change control management
Why you?

Basic Qualifications
  • Bio-engineer or University degree in sciences or equivalent acquired through experience
  • Experience in people management
  • Good knowledge in cells culture and/or associated testing
  • Good knowledge of GMP for biologicals products
  • Good level of written and spoken English and fluent in French
  • High level of flexibility, sense of priorities, communication and good organisationnal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • phD is a plus
  • Lean culture knowledge is a plus
