工作内容

Must Have Qualities & Talents:

• Proven experience in testing mobile networks in a telecom operator environment or telecom product company, with good theoretical and practical knowledge in the communications industry.
• General knowledge 2G/3G- 4G/LTE- IMS- 5G, OSS/BSS/ Billing domain and application testing, mobile and web App testing. Knowledge in Core Network CS & PS and associated signaling protocols (RADIUS- DIAMETER- ISUP- MAP etc.) is a plus
• Ability of managing & delivering full life cycle testing including unit, system, integration and acceptance testing of mobile communication technologies and equipment (Circuit Switching-CS- packet core- PS/EPC- IMS- SMS/MMS/Voice Mail/Supplementary Services), and BSS, OSS, customer experience, and billing processes and flows.
• Experienced in testing processes & methodologies. Well versed in test estimation, managing SLAs/ KPIs, handling escalations and teamwork.
• Experience in test management to drive test planning- test execution- monitoring and control- reporting and test closure. Experience of working & delivering within both Waterfall and Agile methodology. Certification in Agile/ ITIL4 would be an added benefit.
• Strong people management skills. Ability to lead project test teams, and to manage relationships with key stakeholders and vendors
• Knowledge / experience in test automation solutions and services for network testing preferably mobile networks would be a plus
• Excellent communication & collaboration skills.
