Job Duties and Responsibilities:

As a CQA Engineer, you will listen to the Voice of the Customer (VOC), manage the related KPIs and be responsible for evaluating, monitoring and optimizing process and product quality.

  • Continuous alignment with Customers (OEM) on Claim management
  • Coordination of Customer Audits
  • Analysis & Coordination of return material from OEMs
  • Coordination of containment actions driven by OEM claims
  • Coordination of definition, implementation & documentation of Corrective actions (8D & 5Why & Ishikawa
  • Continuous alignment with co-departments (internal & external departments)
  • Maintain and develop a reporting system on customer claim management
  • Supervise and control new OEM projects from quality planning perspective (APQP & PPAP)

Expectations:

  • Fluent English and Dutch
  • Advanced knowledge of basic software (outlook, office) à Power BI is a Plus
  • Analytical & systematic way of thinking
  • Good communication & stress management
  • Proactive, precise & autonomous
  • Deep knowledge of core quality tools (PFMEA, APQP, CP, 8D, PPAP)
