About Our Client

  • Our partner is an international family-owned group active in packaging for use in the food industry.

Job Description

As Quality Manager:

  • Support and advise the management and the production team in all hygiene and quality aspects.
  • Coach and manage a quality assistant.
  • KPI Management
  • Perform and manage internal and external audits.
  • Responsible for all quality and system audits: BRCGS packaging, customer audits, authority audits, ...
  • Monitor the quality control from incoming goods till outgoing goods and the hygiene of machines and factory.
  • Handle supplier and customer complaints and manager preventive and corrective actions.
  • Assure the implementation of the quality processes on the sites according to legal certifications, BRC packaging, GMP and HACCP standards and manage and give trainings.
  • Implementation of the Continuous Improvement Program
  • Collaboration with other departments (Production, Engineering, Planning/Supply Chain, Maintenance, Safety, HR, R&D, …)


The Successful Applicant

As Quality Manager:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience related to quality management (QA / QC) in the food or packaging industry
  • Preferably a master’s degree in chemical or Bio-engineering or equal by experience
  • Experience with quality systems like HACCP and BRC is required
  • Hands-on mentality - Autonomous
  • Languages: able to communicate verbally and written in English, Dutch, and French
