Our goal is to create a supply base that works as an extended enterprise, creating value through continuous improvement in quality, technology, and logistics, while optimizing cost and sustainability. You will provide training in Quality tools and methods to local teams enabling them to define, document and manage processes that are efficient and under control.

Your responsibilities

• Leads small work teams in the documentation of their processes and the implementation of quality controls to ensure consistent and predictable results.
• Acquires and reports in an accurate and timely manner on Quality metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the analysis and management of local processes. Utilizes measurement systems to produce data that reflect the accurate characteristics of materials, products, systems, and processes.
• Conducts routine process and product audits to ensure the conformance of process or product with established processes, procedures, standards and specifications.
• Provides feedback to work teams from their internal and external customers to promote alignment between process output and customer expectations.
• Performs assigned tasks in a safe manner that will encourage others to exercise safety in their normal daily activities.
• Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

• Bachelor or equivalent by experience.
• Experience with operational quality processes & doing internal quality audits.
• Languages English/French by preference ; knowledge about ISO 9001 ; yellow belt is a plus.
• Good communicator & work in team.
