THE R&D Data Strategy Consultant / Business Analyst WILL:

  • Understanding the project domain, project vision, scope and specific features. Gleaning a comprehensive and accurate understanding of the project’s business need. Requirement Gathering and Elicitation skills
  • Business Process mapping, Define processes, Job-aids, templates, checklists
  • Deep expertise in R&D Data
    • CDISC
    • HL7/FHIR, OHDSI
    • Common Data Model (RWE)
    • Dictionaries: Meddra, Snomed, WHOdrug, ICD-9-10,
    • Unified Medical Language System (UMLS)
    • Labs test

EXPERIENCE – ESSENTIAL

  • Deep expertise in R&D Data
    • CDISC
    • HL7/FHIR, OHDSI
    • Common Data Model (RWE)
    • Dictionaries: Meddra, Snomed, WHOdrug, ICD-9-10,
    • Unified Medical Language System (UMLS)
    • Labs test

EXPERIENCE – DESIRABLE
PHARMA R&D KNOWLEDGE

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Person experienced in project management, multi geography engagement, excellent in communication and who can be the liaison in between IT/Business team locally and globally.
  • 15+ years in IT with experience in Program Management and Delivery Management
