JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT

Do you like building and leading innovation research and development projects that shape understanding of ingredient/product opportunities and needs in the area of Nutrition? Like providing expert thought leadership in Nutrition internally and externally, partnering with key opinion leaders, academics and new technology providers? Minimum Qualifications
  • Bacher’s/Master’s degree in nutrition or related scientific discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in nutritional and health-related scientific research
  • Deep knowledge of ingredient categories relevant to Nutrition/ Specialized Nutrition
  • Excellent written and spoken English
Preferred Qualifications
  • PhD in nutrition, bio-medical or related sciences
  • Experience with specialty carbohydrates, edible oils, fibers and proteins, as well as experience in digestive health, immune health, cognitive health or muscle health
  • Demonstrated experience with organization & oversight of clinical trials & product claim substantiation
  • Proven experience in collaborating with academics and other knowledge institutions, and new technology providers
  • Prior experience in R&D/Innovation, project & portfolio management
  • Experience working successfully in a multi-national/cultural and matrixed organization environment
