Join our innovative team at VeroTech as an R&D Project Leader! In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in strengthening relationships between research centers, academia, SMEs, and the European designer ecosystem, with frequent travel to facilitate these connections.

About The Role

As an R&D Project Leader, you’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to implement the NanoIC strategy across R&D activities. Your responsibilities will include managing access requests, fostering relationships with key partners, and representing our services at various events. You will also drive improvements in service quality and speed, ensuring alignment with EU-funded initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Qualify the project request of the customer.
  • Travel across Europe to scout new partnerships and transfer knowledge to existing partners.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships with academia, SMEs, and EU platforms.
  • Represent NanoIC services at events and meetings.
  • Align with EU-funded initiatives.

What we’re looking for

We are seeking a driven networker with a strong academic background and business development capabilities.

  • PhD degree in microelectronics with a first experience in relationship management.
  • Excellent communicator, enthusiastic, and driven.
  • A born networker who spots new partnerships with a longterm vision.
  • Experience with multidisciplinary projects & stakeholder allignment.
  • Willing to travel throughout Europe 50% of your time.
  • Native proficiency in English.
