About Our Client
The company is a well-known fashion brand. It operates on an international level. They are looking for a new enthusiastic Receptionist and Administrative Support for their team in Brussels.
Job Description
Your responsabilities will be to:
- Greet clients and be at their service
- Direct clients to the right meeting room and support them with the administrative follow-ups
- Answer calls, take accurate messages
- Deal with incoming mails, answer them or direct them to right person
- Organize meetings including planning, catering, room/virtual conference set-ups, logistic support, and administrative support
- Support the different teams in their daily administrative tasks (e.g. Marketing, HR, Office management...)
- Assist with special projects and events
The Successful Applicant
- English on a professional level
- Dutch and/or French on a fluent level
- Ability to multitask, be flexible and reactive
- Service-oriented, enthusiastic
- Organized and good communication skills
- Open-minded and curious
