We are reshaping the € 70bn European car leasing business, one of the largest yet-to-be disrupted markets! The traditional car leasing industry is slow, complicated and expensive. As a result, most SMEs and independents cannot afford to lease cars for their employees.
We put all our efforts to ensure that ordering a car through LIZY is as easy as ordering a toaster on Amazon. Since 2019, our business has been growing rapidly as we’re incredibly ambitious. Our goal is to become the European leader in digital car leasing.

Who are we looking for?
As our Internal Recruiter, you will be working together with all our Hiring Managers, our Hiring Partners and our HR team. Helping us to hire great people and pushing LIZY to the next level ????
????️ Your mission
- You are managing all recruitment process from A to Z
- You identify recruitment opportunities and needs
- You create an attractive and “out of the box” job description
- You define which partners you’d like to work with
- You reshape the recruitment process and strategy when needed
- You know exactly what information you need from the hiring manager
- You screen all candidates for our cultural fit and basic skills set
- You ensure a good interview (F2F or Virtual interview) process
- You follow up on every candidate with excellent feedback
- You follow up on every partner with excellent feedback
- You work in close collaboration with hiring managers and HR to define the salary ranges
- You work in close collaboration with our HR Manager for related projects (On Boarding, Talent & Development, …)

- You have a first experience in recruitment
- You have a bachelor degree
- You have an excellent EQ
- You have great communication skills
- You are organized
- You understand clearly a business structure
- You are bilingual (Eng + FR or EN + NL)
- Trilingualism is a big plus!
- You’re filled with high-energy and you are passionate
