• As a Recruiter, you will be in charge of the recruitment and selection of our future employees. Your experience will lead you to manage the recruitment of penurious profiles.
• Tasks will include writing the advert, pre-screening CVs (including an initial telephone interview), sourcing, direct hunting, setting up tests and interviews, analysing results and opinions, writing reports, providing advice and opinions to managers and HR Business Partners.
• Depending on the needs, you will be involved (organising and/or participating) in specific job days and/or partnerships: jobday, job fairs, techniday, etc.
• You are familiar with social networks as well as with direct hunting techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn etc).
  

• You have a bachelor or master degree in HR, labour sciences, social or psychology.
• You have a minimum of 7 years professional experience in recruitment and selection. Ideally, you have in-house experience within a company.
• You are familiar with the sourcing and recruitment of penurious profiles.
• You like to work in a digital environment and you are familiar with social networks in a recruitment and selection context.
• Expertise in Boolean search is an asset.
• You are creative, innovative and intellectually curious.
• You have an excellent analytical mind. You are able to transform this analysis into clear and nuanced writing.
• You have good communication skills and are assertive. You have excellent writing skills and good spelling.
• You are organised and rigorous.
• You are autonomous and proactive. You are capable of organising your own days to achieve the objectives set.
• You have an excellent capacity to work in a team and in collaboration. Customer orientation is part of your DNA.
