RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - Your tasks:

  • You will be responsible of a specific sector.
  • You will identify and develop clients or candidates’ relationships.
  • You will manage the all process of the recruitment from the start to the end.
  • You will understand and respond to all the demands/questions/needs of each of your clients.
  • You will be in contact with our clients in order to understand exactly what kind of candidates they are looking for.
  • You will give to your clients and candidates the best advice depending on their expectations and what they’re looking for regarding CV’s, interviews and contract.
  • You will write original advertisements to attract the best candidates
  • You will talk to candidates and closely examine their profiles in order to sell them to the client
  • You will negotiate the best offers for both your clients and candidates

RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - your profile:

  • You speak English perfectly. French, Dutch and any other languages are assets.
  • Experiences in the sales market or in the recruitment sector are well seen
  • A Bachelor degree is an asset but motivation and dynamism are really what we are looking for
