The Regional Project Manager will lead Engineering Projects within specific areas of technical, technological or scientific specialty. Will constantly evaluate results of Technology Developments and provide recommendations to senior management. The person will provide supporting and coaching activities of technical teams in the sites

Key responsibilities :

• Complete understanding and wide application of technical principle, theories, and concepts in the field. General knowledge of other related disciplines.
• Apply extensive technical expertise, and has full knowledge of other related disciplines.
• Develop technical solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
• Guide the successful completion of major projects, functioning in a project leadership role.
• Represent the organization as the prime technical contact on contracts and projects. Interact with senior external personnel on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations.

• 9+ Years engineering, research, scientific or related experience with Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience working with Marketing and Operations preferred.
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise.
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Strong scientific and engineering knowledge.
• Strong verbal and written skills.
• Strong ability to interface effectively with cross-functional groups to define and execute overall Requirements.
• Skilled in process documentation and improvement.
• Good project management skills.
