Honeywell Buildings Technology (HBT) is a leader in building automation, fire, security, energy management, and software. Within HBT, our direct sales force creates and sells integrated solutions to our customers that achieve results. Our sales approach begins by working with the end customer to identify and prioritize their desired outcomes. We help them select and define use cases that will achieve those outcomes. From there we design the integrated solution that will deliver those use cases.
The Premium Commercial, Healthcare, Industrial, Regional Sales Leader Belgium & Luxemburg will lead a team of sales professionals to deliver a 2021 Annual Operating Plan (AOP). The team will be comprised of sales professionals across the defined region.
The Premium Commercial vertical includes Multi-Site Enterprise, Financial/Insurance, Casino/Gaming, Stadiums/Events, Hospitality, Places of Worship, Tenant/Office, Convention Centres, Profession Sports Teams/Clubs etc…. The Healthcare vertical includes Hospitals, Clinics, Medical Office Buildings, Ambulatory Surgical Centres, Nursing Homes, and Assisted Living. The industrial vertical includes manufacturing and industrial plants. The role covers the specified region.
- Drive orders growth in the assigned vertical markets within the specified region/geography
- Meet or exceed the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Define and execute vertical market strategy to achieve AOP.
- Develop, Coach, and Retain talented sales team to deliver AOP. Provide performance management if required.
- Assign incentive quota targets for all sellers.
- Provide accurate weekly forecast for orders within Salesforce.Com/NEX platform. Includes overall orders forecast along with forecast for Install and Service lines of business.
- Consistently meet the orders forecast on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Coach and mentor sales personnel in establishing professional relationships with appropriate levels of client decision makers.
- Create a robust pipeline Service and Install opportunities within the Account base for the assigned Verticals and Geography
- Coach/mentor team to create robust pursuit plans for each pursuit.
- Coach/mentor team to create robust account plans for selected customers.
- Assess team’s sales activities/forecasts to determine sales progress and required improvements
- Recommend and implement improvements to achieve sales goals
- Be the Executive Sponsor for selected Accounts
You must have:
- BA/BSc degree in business or a technical related field of study from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales leadership/management experience of 5 or more direct reports
- Significant quota carrying sales experience
- Led a sales team generating 20M or more in revenue.
- Led a sales team of 5 or more account managers/service consultants.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required.
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
