At Hyundai Construction Equipment Europe (HCEE), we deal with the sales, marketing and service of Construction Equipment and Material Handling Equipment in Europe.

We have over 100 dealers in 30 countries in Europe, selling our world-class equipment and parts to clients.

We deal with the sales and marketing of construction and material handling equipment across Europe and are constantly looking for motivated new colleagues to join our team.

Do you share our ambition to be the best?

We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Construction Equipment After Sales and Customization department as a Regional Service Engineer.

What can you expect from this challenging job?

  • You will be the first point of contact for technical issues for a defined area (countries).
  • You will communicate with our dealers by mail, telephone, and helpdesk.
  • Regularly visit our dealers (and customers) – 10 to 20 visits per year.
  • You will communicate with Hyundai Construction Equipment Europe, local suppliers and team leaders.
  • You will also be the go-between for issues related to other departments (parts, logistics, sales).
  • You will handle all warranty claims from the area.
  • You will follow training and assist with training as required.

Are you the new colleague we are looking for?

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Service Engineer in the agricultural, construction, truck or automotive industry, most likely within a manufacturer/dealer relationship, in an international environment.
  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Willing to travel throughout Europe as required.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, and at least advanced level in another language (French, German).
  • Good IT skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good business acumen, being able to communicate well with colleagues and distributors.
  • Very customer focused
