Modis is actively looking for a Regulatory Affairs Team Manager to join a dynamic team in Leuven as soon as possible!
Description
As Regulatory Affairs Team Manager, your responsibilities will be:
People management
Help regulatory affairs specialists to reach their objectives
Support the team in their needs
Maintain satisfaction amongst the team members
RA processes
Guides the organization towards effective regulatory processes
Enables the team to work effectively
Quality and Regulatory management
Be the link to other (quality, R&D, Operational,…) stakeholders (both Belgian HQ and international)
Enable structural team integration in the bigger organization
Requirements
You have:
A Master’s degree. Pharmacist, Bio-engineer, or other scientific degree.
Expertise in Regulatory affairs (at least 5 years)
Experience inmedical devices and good knowledge of EU and US MDR.
Excellent command of English, both verbal and written (C1). Dutch is a plus.
Strong leadership experience in the industry.
Ability to manage several projects and people, to prioritize and to propose creative solutions.
Meeting facilitation skills and good coordination skills
You are:
Open mind with good communication skills and strong listening skills
Comfortable with a variety of styles and high cultural sensitivity.
Offer
A full time (or 80%) contract with Modis and an appropriate package including company car, meal vouchers, insurances,.... we are open to Freelance contract.
Duration: 6 months
