Job Description

We are looking for a Requirements & Product Safety Engineer to join our multidisciplinary engineering team. You will ensure compliance with industry regulations, project requirements, and safety standards for radar and RF-related systems.

Your Responsibilities

  • Define and manage project requirements (functional, safety, customer, environmental, software, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Translate complex requirements into clear and actionable specifications.
  • Oversee verification and validation processes.
  • Conduct risk assessments throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams, end-users, and stakeholders.
  • Propose process improvements in safety and requirement management.
  • Prepare technical documentation and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with REACH and similar regulations.

Profile / Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Electronics or Electromechanics.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in requirement management and/or safety engineering.
  • Strong understanding of system engineering and RF design.
  • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive team player with strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken). Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
