As a Responsible Gambling Manager you are capable of dictating and implementing an overall strategy and awareness for responsible gambling across the customer lifecycle journey. You have a strong knowledge and understanding of the policies and procedures relating to Responsible Gambling and willing to implement changes and improve procedures and practices.

Your Role

• You develop and maintain a Responsible Gaming program, together with our legal and compliance team, to handle addiction prevention mechanisms. Establish an overall strategy for responsible gambling across the departments, touch points and customer lifecycle.
• You make sure Responsible Gambling is a part of the daily operations in all departments and functions, from support to marketing and technical implementation, including outlining and constantly improving strategies and procedures.
• You work with internal and external Responsible Gambling tools and reports. Evaluate potential problem gamblers and decide which action to take against the player
• You ensure the best tools and technical solutions are offered and being the owner of the development projects related to this in partnership with Product Manager
• Your daily, weekly, and monthly reporting against the “at risk” customer base (as well as any issues/errors encountered) will be critical for ensuring that the technology is delivering at the level required
• You provide leadership and direction to the team, creating and embedding a culture where continuous improvement is embraced
• You encourage communication and collaboration across the business, team, and stakeholders in order to build strong relationships and develop cross functional working
• You set tight KPI’s to ensure the safety of the customer whilst maintaining strict compliance. Ensure systems, processes, and high performing teams can reach and exceed the set KPI’s and SLA’s
• You are in charge of external responsible gambling campaigns from idea to execution
• You Share market-level industry developments, providing competitor analysis, giving insights into what others are doing in the market to keep the marketing, compliance and product teams in-the-know
• You act as company representative in external RG related industry collaborations

Requirements for the position

Profile

• You have minimum 3 years of experience in the iGaming industry
• You have total experience of 6-7 years with minimum 2 years of direct people management experience
• You have Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Dutch and/or French which can be implemented through all mediums to customers and stakeholders across the business

Competences

• You have demonstrable experience and knowledge of Responsible Gaming practices
• You have Previous experience of running a key operational team in a dynamic and highly regulated environment
• You have the ability to utilize user insights, data, and statistical analyses to inform decisions
• You have the ability to function as a self-starter with an emphasis on getting things done
