Restaurant & Bars General Manager

We are seeking an outgoing, passionate and organised Restaurant and Bars General Manager for an exciting opportunity to manage two diverse restaurant concepts in a beautifully and recently renovated space.

Eneko Basque Brussels:

"Eneko Basque brings the taste of the Basque Country to Brussels. Located in the exceptional setting of the Radisson Collection Hotel Grand Place Brussels, in the heart of an impressive atrium, Eneko Basque restaurant honours the cuisine of internationally renowned chef Eneko Atxa. Discover the Basque regional gastronomy through a menu where the products of the land and the sea are sublimated by a touch of modernity."

Shanghai Kitchen Brussels:

Shanghai’s individual style has been born out of its relationship to both the port and the international communities. It has been built up of everything that was brought ashore, whether that be people or cargo. In recent times there has been a resurgence in the interest of what made it so successful and also a derision and public discord with anything that tries to remove its varied heritage.

The Shikuban (continental/colonial streets) so evocative of the Western world but with a Asian twist, have now received protected status and revered by all. It is exactly this fusion which we have set to achieve and allow all to experience.
