工作内容

The successful candidate will mainly provide accurate analysis on payment and product flows and perform accounting activities for a cluster of stores.

He/she will build and maintain excellent relationship with all levels of the organisation and will deliver an excellent professional service to every internal and external stakeholder.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will:

  • Daily follow up and reconciliation of cash and bank transactions
  • Daily follow up on stock movement and regular analysis and reconciliation of inventory
  • Understand the retail business and IT processes
  • Prepare accurate sales reports for internal and external audit purposes
  • Report on a regular basis with the retail accounting manager, store and area manager.
  • Respect monthly closing deadlines
  • Process supplier invoices
  • Provide support and training to the staff, store and area manager relating to any accounting procedures on sales and goods transactions

  • Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to details.
  • Show outstanding analytical skills.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy.
  • Be open-minded.
  • Be a good team player, capable of working on his/her own initiative.
  • Prove a strong customer mind-set.
  • Have excellent organisational and computer skills including Excel.
  • Be pro-active and show problem-solving skills.
  • Possess an excellent knowledge of Dutch and English, any other languages is an advantage.
