Our colleagues in the Kellogg Belgium team are looking for a new Revenue Growth Analyst Pringles Benelux.
HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
The Revenue Growth Analyst Benelux is mainly responsible for
- Development, continuous improvement, deployment & analysis of standardized reports to increase transparency regarding the commercial principles on different levels (country, category, customer, portfolio, channel):
- Highlighting anomalies and deviations from targets
- Provides analysis and recommendations and thus supports the development of the commercial strategy and subsequent action plans
- Pricing
- Trade architecture
- Channel performance
- Mix management
- Promotion:
- Development of the annual promotional guidelines for Belgium & Netherlands (frequency, critical weeks, mechanisms, channels, brand mix, product formats, … )
- Planning & Execution of promotions according to the promotion guidelines
- Efficiencies: Analysis of uplift and financial performance of promotions
- Management of the promotional investment vs annual budget
- Assortment:
- Supporting the assortment strategy and recommendations from a financial & mix point of view
- Supporting the development of innovation P&Ls (pricing, trade allowances)
- Reporting:
- Design, develop & deliver robust and scalable reporting and ensure a corporate design language across all reports
- Create and deliver impactful presentations that tell a story focused on insights to help identify growth opportunities and drive effective decision making
- Close collaboration with all Benelux Category Managers, Account Managers and the Finance department
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
- Ideally Business Degree combined with 2-3 years experience in FMCG or commercial apprenticeship
- A passion for numbers, an analytical mindset, attention to details and affinity with financial metrics
- High accuracy, excellence in execution, structured way of working
- Proactive mindset, high customer- and service orientation and demonstrating customer insight
- Accountability and Continuous Improvement focused
- Basic understanding of the Benelux retail environment
- Good communication skills and ability to see Connections & Patterns
- Good English, Dutch and French language skills
- Advanced MS-Office knowledge (Excel, Powerpoint)
